Our original full-service Therapeutic Horticulture program design for Memory & Skilled Nursing.
This program combines our Sensory Garden with onsite Educators who teach evidence-based, therapeutic horticulture classes that improve life for our growing community of older adults living in residential and nursing care.

The Therapeutic Sensory Garden
Our indoor sensory gardens are what make you innovators. These mobile, accessible gardens are handcrafted in the USA by adults living with disabilities and are thoughtfully designed to account for challenges in senior living communities.
Fragrant Plants
We provide colorful and fragrant plants each class for your residents to plant in their Therapeutic Sensory Garden.
Garden Maintenance
With our full-service option, our Educators perform garden maintenance each visit including fertilizing and pruning to ensure your garden is happy and healthy. Note: not all programs have access to Educator maintenance. Click here to learn more about our DIY options.
Staff Training
Eldergrow provides ongoing staff training to community team members on the basics of garden care, safety, and marketing tips.
Therapeutic Nature Classes

The Heart of Eldergrow: Expert Educators
Our Educators will visit your community twice a month to teach classes, perform garden maintenance, and provide therapeutic evaluations. Eldergrow Educators are trained in Montessori approaches to dementia care and have the green thumbs to keep your garden growing happy and healthy.
2 Classes each Month
Educators visit your community and teach a therapeutic class twice a month, engaging your residents, providing socialization and promoting wellness goals.
Diverse Curriculum
Our classes are comprised of a diverse curriculum that includes horticulture, culinary, educational and garden art classes. Each class targets specific therapeutic goals.
Therapeutic Evaluations
After each visit, our Educators will provide evaluations on the residents regarding the class goals as well as their mental and emotional state.
Support
We offer a variety of support for your community providing marketing and activity directors with tools and resources.
Marketing & Activity Flyers
We provide a variety of custom flyers that help you differentiate your community and promote your classes (see flyer on the left).
Daily Programming
Every month we provide 30+ bonus activities for daily programming for you to do with your residents that continue with the theme of our classes to fill out your community calendars.
