LeadingAge Washington represents the interests of not-for-profit and mission-driven organizations dedicated to improving the aging experience of over 50,000 older Washingtonians and their family members. We are one of 37 state partners with LeadingAge, a national association that collectively touches the lives of over 2 million people every day. Together we are committed to excellence in each individual’s aging journey, providing the services and resources people need, when they need them, in the place they call home.

LeadingAge Florida is the state’s leading advocate for high-quality senior living. We assist members in achieving excellence as providers, businesses, and employers. To accomplish this, the Association provides up-to-date regulatory information, excellent educational opportunities, representation before the legislature and government agencies, group purchasing services, and opportunities for networking with peers.

The Washington State Health Advocacy Association (WASHAA) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness about health advocacy, teaching health advocacy skills and connecting people to resources.  We help people transform from patient to active participant and partner in their care.  Our interactive workshops and materials help show people how.

A leader in the culture change movement for over 20 years, The Eden Alternative® is an international, nonprofit 501(c) 3 organization that provides education and consultation for organizations across the entire continuum of care.  As a person-directed care philosophy, it is dedicated to creating and supporting living environments that promote quality of life for Elders and those who support them as care partners. Research has shown this leads to improved quality of care and higher rates of satisfaction for everyone involved, while also benefitting the bottom line.

The Washington Health Care Association (WHCA) is a statewide non-profit organization representing over 400 assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. WHCA’s mission is to promote quality long term and post-acute health care and services, while serving as an advocate for providers, staff, and the patients and residents for whom they provide care. Association members provide health and personal care, social support and housing to 25,000 frail, elderly, or disabled Washingtonians each day. About 25,000 employees work for member facilities.

The Culinary Coach gives senior living communities direct access to senior level experts, delicious cycle menus, recipes, human resources and training materials- everything communities need to self-operate their dining programs. The Culinary Coach team’s passion for delivering aesthetically pleasing and healthy dining experiences shines in everything they do.
